Please be careful if you are looking for pluming or home services. Home Service Doctors are the worst and charging four times as others do for the same service.
We had a very bad experience with them and our issue still exist after paying them big amount of money for the service. I wish I made a research before hiring them.
when we complained, they sent another tech, he said there were three parts to be replaced in our water heater in order to fix the issue, which the first tech failed to do. They had a one year warranty that the issue will be fixed first time that they came in. After charging us with a huge amount of money, they recommend another huge money to replace the water hear itself.
So I call it scam to rip your money step by step.
A professional can identify the issue from the beginning and fix it. Unprofessional on the other hand do the job by guessing and trying some stuff step by step, in their case charging large money in each step then say opps we thought it will fix the issue.

This is pluming outfit owned by Randy Baldwin out of Manassas, Va They have other locations in Fairfax City and Alexandria going by one of many names one being Plumbologist. These guys will low ball you with the cheapest price in town to get inside your home.
Once there, they'll try to sell you everything under the sun. Even if you don't need it. They will go so far as to damage something to make it look like a repair is needed. Their work is horrible, sloppy, destructive and those are the good qualities.
Randy and his boys are members of the 'good old boys club.' So, when something goes wrong and it always does, no one will help you. When they break something, you'll be paying to fix it. Good luck on that. They are not responsible and never do anything wrong.
They are perfect, so they think. It's always the customers fault or the house is no good, etc. The company is basically made up of two bit unqualified employees who will lie, cheat, steal and walk away as though nothing ever happened.
My advice to anyone would be to run away as fast as you can and ignore these guys. Pretend they don't exist because they are vermin and will make you mentally, morally, spiritually and above all else financially devastated.
