Huge scam looking to gather people for class action lawsuit

I purchased the home service club Warrenty to for $1680 for 3.5 years of coverage . I recently had a issue with my central air unit and called HSC. It took them at least a week just to get a tech in the area to schedule an appt. I was told a tech from all service and heating which HSC used . I was told they would be there from HSC the tech would be there oct 17 11-3 . I waited and the tech never shower or no phone call . Reached back out to HSC and they said sorry they missed you and sent another tech out about a week later same company . The tech arrived and came to the conclusion my unit needed to be replaced . Condenser, compressor and whatever else , Im no ac tech . Anyway it was from normal wear and tear and I paid $75 for the service call and they said they will contact HSC to confirm . Days pass I reach out and they said the tech never sent the diagnosis report in. They said they would call and get it . Same thing happens 2 or three more times till Im fed up w the same generic response and going in circles . They again apologize and will send another tech from another company out . I said ok . Again week passes till they find a company to schedule the appt. Again Im told avanti the company they provided will come and do the service . Again this company doesnt show from the 11-3 . They said oh sorry we will try and get another company over . Its been a month now and thank god its not the summer because this is ridiculous . I believe they breached their contract and Im still waiting for them to send another tech now over to look at my ac. I know theyre are many many people who are involved with this scam . All the one star reviews are from real people who were effected by this company . This company is a scam and needs to immediately be looked into .

Failure to honor contract

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - this place is a SCAM. They claimed they couldnt get someone to come out because of Covid, which I gave them grace and accepted. After waiting for Covid to settle down, I firmly asked that they they arranged a repair company to fix. They had me pay the repair up front. I provided the requested information to HSC and now they say theres no claim documented.

I HAVE A INVOCIE THAT IS OVER 100 DAYS, THAT WE CAN'T SEEM TO GET PAID. I WAS TOLD ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THAT THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. THE INVOCIE NUMBER T3731 FOR $ 137.50. I HAVE BEEN TOLD 3 DIFFERENT TIMES THAT THEY ARE WAITING ON THE DIAGNOSIS. THE DIAGNOSIS HAS BEEN SENT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AS WELL. PLEASE ADVISE OF PAYMENT DETAILS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE LEGAL ACTION IS TAKEN.

Billing

Services added and charged without my input. Contact me first. Remove all new charges. I tried to remove the new channels but was still charged
