They knocked on door. convinced my father to file a claim for roof damage.
once they received the check over 5k they never called back.
they ghosted us. They wont answer phone or email.

The exact same thing is happening to me! I unsubscribed from this service back in April of this year and even received a confirmation email from them, however they have continued to automatically debit my bank account $28.00 per month including this month.
I contacted their customer service division and they confirmed my cancellation, but was told that they could not credit my bank account for five months of non service. I am in the process of contacting my attorney and the NYS attorney general to resolve this issue.
