I was contacted by Home Property Solutions offering to provide leads. I was apprehensive to try leads with an unknown company as I primarily operate on referrals but business was slow so I thought Id give them a shot.

They insisted I could cancel anytime. They auto billed my card without authorization. I tried calling them for a few days but no response.

(No one from their customer service has EVER answered the phone)

They just simply email you in response to your voicemail. So eventually after not getting a response I disputed the charge.

(They charged my personal card not my marketing expense account) surely this would be an easy fix.- reverse the charge and charge my marketing account right? WRONG absolute nightmare service. They insisted I had to remove the dispute in order for them to refund the charge. My bank told me thats not true and advised against it but Lacey at PHS insisted that was the case.

At this point their poor communication warranted me canceling service. The inability to get someone on the phone who you pay $1k a month to is absurd. So I let them charge my marketing card reversed my dispute and thought okay they will refund me.

Three weeks go by no refund they kept insisting it was still in dispute so they couldnt refund it. I called my bank had them email me a confirmation that the dispute was in fact closed three weeks prior and sent it to them and requested they refund me.

THEN they respond that my services have not stopped even though they stopped providing leads as soon as I cancelled now three weeks later Im getting leads again and they are insisting I have a balance on my account even though they specifically said they would refund me if I removed the dispute.

AVOID THIS SCAM

I signed up for a month about two weeks ago. I have received 8 leads and all correct contact information.

One of the leads is a single mother looking for a rent to own and I am trying to work with her on her credit so she can purchase and I have another lead that got approved to purchase a $450,000 home and meeting with them on Monday to start showing homes! So far, I have no complaints. I cannot tell you how many companies I have tried that I have wasted money on. Fake leads, Old leads or no leads at all.

Yes, I still get some low quality leads using these guys but I never have known of a lead generation that sends 100% perfect leads.

At least this company doesn't lock you into a contract and you aren't sharing leads with other experts. $399 isn't much for real leads and a whole county to yourself. I have two counties Maryland and I honestly can't complain. I didn't even expect to get 2 people to call because of other companies I have used.

I will try any of these companies once regardless of reviews because we are so quick to write a bad one and don't take the time to write good ones.

We are all sales people. I am glad I decided to go with this company.
