The company requires a delivery signature. We never gave one and the boxes were left on the porch in the rain. The boxes also came damaged. We never opened the boxes and they will not let us return.

Scam company. 30 day return policy is essentially a no return policy.

Without a required signature they are obligated to take damaged goods back. TOTAL SCAM.

I placed an order through Amazon when I placed the order the ship time was 2 days and when I checked the next day on the App it showed shipped and will arrive the next day by 10 pm. when it did not arrive I check the App again it showed not ship no status of where it is. I found out this is not the first time this particular company has done this.

Order Error- Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced

When I reached out, I was faced with the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They were rude, dismissive, and refused to let me speak with a supervisor to address the issues with my order.

I am now out $$ and being completely ignored by the company. NEVER buy from this company if you care anything about customer service.
