Order Error- Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced

After two weeks of waiting, I did not receive my complete order and had to pay out of pocket to buy items at the store to complete the order, as the product was specifically purchased for a fundraising event. When I reached out, I was faced with the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were rude, dismissive, and refused to let me speak with a supervisor to address the issues with my order. I am now out $$ and being completely ignored by the company. NEVER buy from this company if you care anything about customer service.
