Holy Sheets

Spent over $5000 here and I only had my items for less than a month! I called asking about their “Return and Exchange Policy” because I wasn’t satisfied with the stuff I got.

The response I got was “you can’t return the stuff or get store credit” BUT on this receipt they gave me clearly stated that they do offer RETURNS OR STORE CREDIT within 30 days of the purchase. What’s the point on having me initial next to this so called RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY if they don’t actually mean it! The lady I spoke to was The Store Manager named MARY, she’s a manager?! I wasn’t rude or whatsoever to her but right off the bat she was straight up rude!

Didn’t even try to sound understanding at all... I wasn’t expecting this from a MANAGER!

It just upsets me how she is a manager. Regardless I’m a customer you don’t treat a customer like this!

Do not buy these. First, these are so thin you can almost see through them.

Second, these are supposed to be luxury sheets. If I'm going to spend $100 on a set, they better look nice. My 10 year old can finish seams better than what is on the product. Threads sticking out everywhere.

Third, these are supposed to feel cool but I got hotter at night.

Last, the sheets feel like they have some sort of film on them, even after washing, that makes them feel like they stick to you. Save your money and buy something more comfortable.

anyone that posts a bad review about the HOLYSHEETS or the people that work there have no clue.

Very bad customer service , had a question on an item i was going to purchase and got totally ignored by sales rep. Will never attempt to shop there again. Bad customer service

My daughter was taken advantage of and spent $1800.00 of her hard earned money to sleep on the floor with no box springs or frame. Wth? This will be resolved!!!

I 100% LOVE my sheets!! They feel like Egyptian cotton!!

But WAY cheaper than Egyptian cotton!! They are a higher thread count, microfiber polyester. So easy to take care of, VERY soft, well made, best of all they won't wrinkle! I got my 2 for 1 deal!

I got an amazing pillow with my purchase as well!!! The service could not have been better!!! They even let my mom use the massage chair for awhile! The prices could not have been better!!

People who are flipping out because they want real Egyptian cotton sheets for the same price need to get a grip and learn how to read. Oh and google how much real Egyptian Cotton sheet sets cost. Package clearly says it "feels" like, not "is" Egyptian cotton. If I see "feels" and not "is" I know that means, it is not real.

Seriously why try and mess some's business over to others, because you can't comprehend the English language??? You got great sheets, great price, get over it.

Holy Sheets have been selling sheets claiming that their sheets are 1200 thread count. Many of their advertising says exactly that and on the sheet packaging, it says that it feels like 1200 thread count -- but none of their advertising or packaging states the real thread count which IS NOT 1200.

I bought the sheets because the guy selling them at the kiosk told me they were 1200 thread count. I bought them without touching them, believing him and paying $100 for King. When I got home and opened the package the sheets were see through thin. I wanted my money back and he said he couldn't give me a refund.

The owner through my BBB complaint said that I can exchange them for pillows. All the advertising they have is fraudulent and doesn't meet the Truth in Advertising law.
