Tracking Devices

Ordered tracking devices from this company $99.00 each. They were not what I was looking for.

The tracking device that they sent me was one that you have to place in the vehicle, take out of the vehicle and then upload the information. I was told by Gary at this office to return them and they would issue a credit. I mailed them back via federal express and they returned the box to me with RETURN TO SENDER. I contacted the company and was told they have a 7 day return policy and REFUSE to return my money.

I would not personally purchase ANYTHING from this company in the future because I was stuck with a useless product and out $200.00.

Rocky Mountain Tracking

This company is the worst.. They sell obsolete devices and their technical support team is a bunch of idiots who wasted my time with answers that they just GUESS on… THIS COMPANY is a waste of time and should never be trusted….

there are better technologies out there and better people who actually know what they are doing. I was put on hold for 25 min while someone named Mark helped me… but in the end all he said was sir we ha ve to look into the problem more.. I NEVER got a call back and I am cancelling all services with them and I think everyone else should do the same. I hear negative comments about them all the time and im making it my mission to leave as many as I can to warn people about the sheer incompetence of this company and the *** peons who work there.

Dont trust them. Simple as that.
