I called this place because I have a warranty on this end and they told me to send pictures of it fully assembled send numbers double-handed bathroom items well I sent all that to them I had a full conversation with one of those socialists and told me they will take for shipping and handling so I received any email skating deck I needed to pay for shipping and handling even though I requested a shipping label because I thought that they were pain for shipping as I was informed over the phone. I bought this online from Target and they said they did not have any replacements for any that lake from nine Mile online is so haven't been available so they lied to me
