I went to check in thought everything was paid and they surprised me with $100 deposit and a $19.72 fee which I don't have no I have no place to stay I'm homeless. Don't do what I do don't do what I diddi
User's recommendation: Don't do what I did and expect this hotel to care at all.
Extended Warranty: Buyer Beware!
Purchased a non KIA vehicle from Hwd KIA, good deal and purchase was smooth. (I am mechanically inclined so wasn't thrown off by a few dings etc).
I do believe that an extended warranty is a good investment. So about a year after I decided to use my warranty. I was told that I could not have my vehicle serviced at the original manufacturer dealership, that I needed to go back to Hollywood KIA because I am less than 50 miles. But if I were to drive 50 miles north to I would be able to service my car without any issues.
THEIR IS A CLAUSE IN THE WARRANTY CONTRACT THAT STATES THAT YOU MUST TAKE YOUR CAR TO HOLLYWOOD KIA FOR SERVICE IF UNDER 50 MILES. No one tells you this.
So I have decided that I am going to F them. I will take my car to the dealership 55.3 miles away and let them pay.

Awful Service Department
Four months after leasing a 2019 Kia Sportage, when nearing the 5000 miles, I took it to the Service Center for the scheduled Oil and Filter change. A week later the car engine overheated in the middle of the expressway.
Two days after that they got me a car rental - they do not have loaners -but it is only until next Friday. I keep calling, emailing and trying to reach them, to no avail.
I will now call the central Kia Consumer Service. I feel terribly disappointed.
Rip off and don't care about safety
I bought a kia reo on 6/25/2017 there had me waiting till almosy midnight the gue told he is giving me 2yr warranty cap and mantanice the next day i look at my contact information and saw the car i bought fo $5,000 is now $9,075 iwhent back to the dealer and told them i dont want any of those thing i wated from 8:am till 2:00pm getting a song and dance then he told me he cannot cancel the gap i could when i call gap they told me the dealer has to do it i whent back and they did cancle it but now am paying interested on $875 that i keep geting excuses now it almost 2months also the car tiers were no good all different sizes the break was cut to fit and no good car was dirty inside out i will never goto kia Hollywood again Sharon

Hollywood Kia RIPOFF
I am looking for others who have been rip off by them to contact me they cheated me up front and eventually after 21/2 years American Express got me the rip off money back through arbitration. If they did tis or any negatives to you contact me for class action lawsuit.
It turns out they may be the same company that ripped off my parents at another business they own (or owned). This should come out in discovery.

Canceled gap and warranty one day after purchase but no refund; no coverage
I purchased a Kia Soul @ Hollywood Kia on 3/20/14. On 3/21/14 I canceled the coverage.
The dealership prepared new loan documents reducing my payment. When I received first payment statement it showed the original amount. I called dealership and they said they had made an error and that they would send a check to reduce the principal on my loan. To date, no check has been forthcoming, and Arthur, new car manager, and Phil, finance manager, will not return calls.
Phil insisted that I purchase gap coverage even though I put a $9k deposit on the Soul. I realized later that was *** on my part, but he was adamant that I not cancel - said it would be in my best interest.
I am out $2,600. Kia Consumer Affairs was of no assistance, nor was the lender.
