3 Months and no product delivery

On August 7, 2025, I ordered and paid about $107 for Hollywood Hair Bars edge control product. Ive placed and received orders in the past.
As of November 12, I have still not yet received my requested refund or order. I called the company but they dont answer. I emailed the company several times to no avail. (August 29) Shannon, Beauty Advisor, responded via email that the product was out of stock due to recently going viral, but they have it in now and it will be delivered in 2 weeks.
I requested my refund that day; (September 19) Shannon mentioned the delay was due to unexpected tariff issues and stated the order would be delivered in another 2 weeks and offered a discount on my next order.
(October 12) I requested my refund and declined to make any future orders. (November 12) No further response on status received and no delivery.
