Very upset customer!
My wife was denied the opportunity to pick up my $15 gift certificate while I waited outside in the car, unable to walk the distance to the casino due to my sciatica and arthritis pain. She had my player's card and driver's license to show proof that we both had the same last name and address but was still denied the opportunity to pick up my gift. My wife could have FaceTimed me to show them that I was in my car in front of the casino.
Preferred solution: I believe a change in policy is needed for special needs customers when offering a gift they are unable to personally receive.

This is the first communication I have received since I made the complaint. No one has called me to help.
When I tried to reach them by phone, I was told that they never answer the phone. I have a problem with lettuce, parmesan cheese with dry chicken that cost 20 bucks!
