Long wait at restaurant, lack of respect
- - We waited 40 minutes despite empty tables.
- - Takeout counter was closed and reopened slowly.
- - Rewards points were hard to use at the restaurant.
We ate at the cafe on the casino floor. We had to wait 40 minutes although many table were empty.
Obviously, not enough staff were hired.
We also had a take out item but couldnt get it because the counter was closed. When it reopened, the one person minding it was slow.
We had points accumulated on the playing card but the casino made it very hard for us to use them at the restaurant.
Why go back to a place that shows no respect and care?
