Extortionate phone bill to book party, can't get anywhere with this company, dodgy. Emailed no response, phoned, lady laughed, 2nd woman said it was my fault, but it's a phone, no!

Honestly, absolutely ridiculous. Used Google to get no response to book a kids' party!
Premium number costs 16 pounds. Email company, no response! Eventually phoned. The first lady thought it was funny; the second said that there are free lines but nothing she can do!
So don’t use Google!
Honestly, really dodgy company. Who in this world uses several premium lines for customers, and then it's our fault?

Nothings or been fixed still
I rang up about the cash machine in holly wood bowl wich I didn't get the money from so I thought it just declined and nothing came out my bank but it took my money and didn't give me it by all means check CCTV.
I rang up and I spoke to a women and told her the situation and she said she could refund it and asked for 4 digits on my card, I believe its been the wrong card numbers I gave the women as Ive not received the refund
