Holler Hyundai-The worst!

I strongly urge you to never purchase a car from Holler Hyundai in Orlando,FL. It was the Worst consumer experience in terms of outright lies, rude staff, unethical business practices and smoke and mirrors. They jerked us around for 7 days trying to be a "no haggle" dealership only to call us and offer a deal which we agreed to via email and then 1 minute from us pulling into the lot to purchase the car they sold it. Extremely disturbed by their lack of customer service, their flippant and arrogant behavior and the overall experience. I would rather purchase the same car from CA and drive the car back to FL than ever drive by the dealership again. Such a bad experience and I encourage you to avoid this dealership at all costs!

We have a 2006 Hyundai Elantra that has an oil problem; the oil is contaminated with combustion products as verified by 2 AMSOIL oil analyses and a 2nd opinion by Magic Mechanic. Holler was asked to run a "leak down" test after Magic eliminated the PCV as a cause.

Holler refuses to do the test, preferring to instead run computer diagnostics. Holler has refused to consider the Magic 2nd opinion and oil anaysis as evidence of a problem. We were treated rudely and told to "take the problem to Hyundai". We were stonewalled.

If you buy a car from this outfit and a mechanical problem develops, beware; they are NOT mechanics. Meanwhile hey are running out the clock on the warantee.
