This going on since a new delivery guy started about 2 years ago. I called Jill at USA TODAY l live in an 88 unit condo development.

Most people are elderly and need the paper on their doorstep. They are lucky they get in the right (shared) driveway. Spoke with Jill @ USA.

She going to accelerate the investigation. We will see.

Never received Sundays paper for the third or fourth time.

Paper comes one or two days late if at all. Happens all too often. Also I pay one month at a time but still receive a bill every two weeks.

TRYING to place an ad!

I think I called 6 different numbers before someone returned my call. VERY CONFUSING. It took me the entire morning to get my advertisement in.

Didn't receive our Sunday paper

Did not receive Sunday paper. Tried calling Holland Sentinel.

Tried to navigate computer prompts. End result is no Sunday paper.

Next day service? I doubt it!

Sentinel Manager contacted me in 2 hrs. He provided me with contact #'s to resolve future conflicts. Remains to be seen if this works.

As a 30+-yr. subscriber, it's frustrating to be unable to contact your CS staff by phone. I reported a missed delivery last Sunday; recording said the paper would be delivered Monday, which never happened.Yeah, carriers are hard to find, and it appears that customer Service @ Holland Sentinel is also an ever more elusive rarity.

Your response to this longstanding issue will determine whether or not I contact the local BBB to file a formal complaint.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: My complaint got a response from the Co. in about 2 hrs. Spoke to some MGR., who blames Corporate(useless) but shared a phone # to help this problem.
