Freight bill says 125 Lbs., but only 37 Lbs. were delivered

Pro number 691-169***-*...Freight bill says 125 pounds but your driver only delivered 37 pounds. Please advise...Where is the other 88 pounds (missing product), and when will it be delivered?

Late delivery

I had an order picked up at our facility on wednesdsy the 23rd of november and was supposed to be delivered on monday the 28th. This order is still not there and the customer has shut down because of it.

This should never have happened.

Is there something you can do to make this right? It has been 8 days to deliver.

Delivery failure

the driver made up lies that were easily exposed about his cover up to lie why he didn't deliver the fridge. the company wants another week to make their second attempt to deliver a fridge.

7 days without food.

everything spoiled because of the driver bowing me off. the scheduler is as bad as the driver.

Delivery failure

My refrigerator never arrived. The driver lied about calling me and my mailbox being full thats just untrue.

No calls on my incoming call list from 10 AM till 3 PM. He made it all up now. Your company says the best they can do is wait an entire week till November 18 before I get another redelivery. Thats just wrong.

I need food and medication to be kept cool. Im losing a bunch of money and food that is spoiling. I specifically put on the order form to bring a small truck for the driveway. They didnt do that either even though its logged on the order you need to get that refrigerator over to me this weekend.

Call me at 323-377-****.

Lowes delivers next day not in three days. They also deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

Why cant you work like them? I was able to talk to the scheduler at Lowes but not at Home Depot

WHY HASN'T USF HOLLAND BEEN TO SOUTH HOLLAND METAL FINISHING TO DO PICK-UPS FOR OVER A WEEK???

We have had at least 5 shipments transferred to other carriers because your company has not picked up shipments from South Holland Metal Finishing, 26100 S. Whiting Way, Monee, IL 60449 for over one week.

W can not understand most of the people at your call center any longer; it is embarrassing to have to ask them to repeat themselves 3 or 4 times. Freight pick-ups CAN NOT be left for days or weeks before you pick up the material that is to be shipped! I called your customer service department and was informed that my wait time was over 30 minutes - not a good way to do business.

We have been informing our customers that USF Holland is NOT making pick-ups - SO USF Holland is losing business because your are not picking up freight. What's happening with your company??
