Verified Reviewer |Poor Business Ethics
I am writing to share my experience with this UK-based clothing retailer. On multiple occasions, I received incorrect sizes, which appears to occur when the requested size is not actually in stock.
This has happened on multiple occasions, making me believe this is not an error. They do this in order to keep your money without a refund. The return process is unnecessarily difficult, and obtaining a refund has been challenging.
Phone calls go unanswered, and there seems to be no reliable customer service support available. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

Delays and disappointment
After 15 days of emails about a lost parcel, had to wait another 5 while it was investigated!
Awful customer service from beginning to end. Slow email replies, lack of overall care and when it arrived was in some sort of unmade box- i would expect far more from
a so called luxury brand. Also as other review stated not even made in the UK!!

Absolutely Absymal
I recently purchased a jacket and on the website it said that the products were made in Britain . When I receieved it after a lengthy delay despite coughing up extra money for expedited delivery it was ill fitting and poorly made .
I checked the source contents and the jacket which was tiny and a size S was made in China so it was misleading to state that certain goods were made in Britain . I think the cutesy touches are likely to appeal to a less informed demographic you could easily purchase a similar jacket for half the price from high end competitors in the sale . A Tory Burch Puffer in the sale is so lush and even cheaper .
Anyway went through the rigmorole of returning it and they say it will be at least 10 days before they issue a refund . Other retailers have no quibble returns and are much more professional when dealing with customers disappointed and wont be shopping there again

Faulty item
This coat has only been worn only a few times and noticed the stuff peeling of I have purchased many items for Holland and cooper I have this in black in short and long and a red coat and 2 body warmers and the wellies Im very disappointed with this as normally the quality is outstanding if u look my name and address up youll see every single item Ive purchased so that will give u the time and date but it must of been worn maybe 6 times as the most

I toally agree with what you saying good sent to south Africa and received duplicated and do not show on my orders although I have received the goods. The chat service is useless. I want to return some goods before the expiry date but this does not deem possible??
