Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They said they would no longer do an automatic order as I did not place a once a month order.
I've ordered from them and have tried to get the advertised discount with no luck. Then I order and they sent me a notification of an impending order that I did not place and to contact them in 2 days dontto make changes which I did. They have not responded to email or calls that I did not place this order.
