I purchased a groupon for a couples massage from them and no longer had a significant other to use the second massage. I spoke to them about being able to use both massages for myself and was told by both kevin..helen and sonny that was perfectly fine. I used my first massage june 21st. I paid 81.20 for this service. Since the covid stuff I was also told there were no dates of expiration. On jan 30th I called the business and asked for helen and sonny they were not avail. I wanted to set my other appt up for sunday. I started telling the woman who asked about my issue and she hung up on me. I called literally 20 times the remainder of that day. I kept getting a voicemail saying the cell customer was not available. I called the next day sunday several times and got the same message. So today monday I called and was still getting the same message. They are open sundays and mondays so I knew something wasnt right. I called from a different number and it rang right away. I again asked for Helen or sonny again they were not avail. I started again explaining why I was calling and was hung up on again. I called back 5 more times i told her i was filing a complaint. I want a refund for what i paid for this service i didnt fully receive and it's clear this business blocked my phone number .
User's recommendation: Dont bother with them.
