Unauthorized Transactions/ Horrible Rooms and Customer Service

If I could give this place a ZERO RATING i would. I just stayed at one of your hotels in York PA with my three girls and the place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

First off, there was no hot water in our room, our toilet wouldnt flush because it was clogged. I told the front desk and all he said was oh I didnt know that and that was the end of it, so we basically couldnt use our toilet. There was rust and mildew on the bathroom and kitchen sink. Our room smelled like a wet cat and mildew literally, there was a big stain on one of the chairs at the table.

And there must have been a leak somewhere in that room because the wallpaper has big bubbles in them. We had absolutely no washcloths or towels in our room. And whoever has the room before left there food and drinks in the fridge. The pool looked nothing like the photos.

The plastering inside the pool was chipping away in the water. There was also no towels in the pool area either.

Worst experience ever. It was our first time at this hotel, but after this experience its our last. I will never come back.

Im filing an IMMEDIATE COMPLAINT with this hotel because.

I see they charged me for amounts that I didnt authorize. I called the hotel and expressed my concern and all the so called manager said was we dont do unauthorized transactions. Really?!

Then why do I have three transactions on my card that I didnt authorize. Im disputing this because its not right that they took advantage of me like that.

Hey - It's the Holiday Inn. There is no way you lost $117,422.00 on this deal ; that is absolute BS and makes your entire comment invalid. That claim is worse looking than anything the Holiday did to you.

First of all you read the number wrong it’s not 117,422.00, it’s 1,174.22. And to be honest the actual amount was 1,632.65 if you want the actually amount.

You charged me 458.43, then you charge me 561.50 for what I don’t even know. And then you charged me 612.72.

So you do the math. I knew how much I had on my damm card and with all your UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS you did on it gave me a negative balance so it’s NOT BS.

User's recommendation: Check your room out throughly and have the staff fix everything that’s not 100% satisfactory. I’m only speaking about the holiday inn at hobby airport!

No, no no, if you decided to stay there they should not give you a refund. Obviously, the conditions were not that bad if you stayed there.

You just want a free stay. If you cannot afford to stay at a hotel stay in a homeless shelter or on the streets.

I was charged 250 for dirty room, and what they said was a lie

The house keeper said the room was very dirty and had throw up on the floor. This was a complete lie. The only thing I can figure, is that they marked the wrong room number for the charge. But weve never left a hotel room in the condition that they claimed it to be in.

Complaint of a front desk employee

Front desk, employee, Corina at Holiday Inn and suites in Santa Maria, California is extremely rude to customers, and I even saw her how she interacts with the employees and she is the same with them. She should not represent Holiday Inn as an employee.

I was charged twice for the same weekend have called several times with no response from hotel they charged my credit card and my debit account. Would not recomend this hotel chain to anyone. I don't have a receipt but have my accounts showing both charges

Your customer service put me in the wrong hotel in the wrong state

The problem is your customer service booking reservation made a mistake. I hope I will able to get a refund so I can rebook for today which is all ready. 2:30 PM check in time is 3 oclock. The guys name was Albert I talk to Tim around 1230 this evening, he did call me back said they was working on give me my refund can someone please call me at 340-270-****. Thank you.

This was a terrible night stay. This place is marketed as family friendly and a place kids will love but, from registration to check out it went from bad to worse.

None of my requests were honored even the water park view I paid for. The Stay and Dine is not worth the terrible food they give you. All you smell is Marijuana as you make your way to your room with your kids. Then the late check out is nonsense because they only gave us an extra hour and locked our room before we even got back from breakfast.

Leaving us to wait over 20 minutes to get in grab our stuff and run out of that place. Don't waste your time or money.

Still unresolved charge to my checking account

I canceled a stay at the H Inn express in Selma AL.on 5-4-2023 and received a cancelation number 5211****. This was canceled way in advance to my arrival date of 5-13-2023. I have called my bank and gave them all the pertinent information and they're supposedly contacting you all about why you all charged my account of $134.00.

We wrer called the day of arrival to pay the room in full plus deposit. When do you pay for the room before your stay? Then when we get here and extra incidental no problem. Then we had the dest help read the policy to only us no other customers
