Got absolutely nothing for $80
my iphone supports esims. It already has one in fact.
Bought Euopean esim for 42 day stay.
every time i try to install it, get message my phone is incompatible, which its not.
Text help useless - ive waited for over 2 hours now, in the Paris airport, so i can keep my wifi active so they can communicate with me to solve my problem.
tried all the methods, get same message.
tried calling, and the phone tree was in SPANISH!! Guess i dont get help bc i dont speak spanish?
This is a nightmare which is ruining my 1st day here.

I paid 57 euros for a 20 day extension and i dont have internet. I tried to get help but nobody answers my email or whatsapp questions.
