Charged 3 times at paypal

Ordered running shoes through Holabird and went through PayPal payin4 option for payment. After finishing it sent me back to Holabird website where I thought I would see a confirmation page. Instead it sent me an order page all over again. Went to my email page looking for a order confirmation but receive an email from Holabird asking did I want to complete the order. This process went on 4 times. The next day I called Holabird CS and they confirmed the order never went through and I had 4 pending charges from PayPal. Called PayPal to stop all charges and CS rep informed me they would auto drop off. I then ordered running shoes and paid with Apple Pay and order went through. Believe problem was with PayPal.

Cart would not let me order one bag of yellow/green and one bag of yellow/red pressureless balls - kept changing the color - no way to 'continue shopping'.to order the second bag. Will have to call to make such an order

Very uneven company

Holabird Sports will advertise certain things on their website and not follow through. For instance, they will offer free shipping upgrades on some shoes...and then ship the regular slow route. They do not respond to emails and the person I spoke to on the phone seemed confused. I don’t think it is a bad company but they do need some training over there....I will not buy from them again.
