- - The phone message lists Saturday hours as 10 am to 2 pm.

I called the Hola Sun phone number provided on their website, in order to ask some questions, and book the holidays. However, message was stating their business hours on Saturdays, from 10 am to 2 pm.
I called several times between 10 am and 10:35 am, but voice stated that the office is closed. Very disappointing.
User's recommendation: Either way, if the website is outdated, or if they do not switch to calls within their business hours, this is very negligent, and I would not consider them as a serious company. What would be the next? You judge yourself, can you trust them. Recommendation, deal with Air Transat directly, instead.

Basically this is a mom and pop travel agent. Call the ONE number they give you, wait on HOLD forever, then because I booked online (it is 2026), I have to be transferred to the Online person (no separate number to give out or published, because they work out of their homes), and wait for it... the Online person is off today.
Having similar experience!!! We go to Cuba every year and this was the first time we tried this company.
And will be the last. Can't answer phones or return emails. Fly by night "home based" operation = somebody poorly coordinating your travel.
They are an agent. Stay away.
