- The site looked legit, but the order stalled and payment showed USD.
- I canceled the card transaction and am waiting.
I bought a pair of shoes from this site, they popped up at the top for google and it all looked legit. Until I paid and the payment showed US dollars.
I then began to check where the order was at for a couple of days after 6 days it was the same. I called my Credit Card company to cancel the transaction and I am waiting on that.
This is a scam site stay away. Funny enough i am usually pretty aware of these things...not today though.

Made a purchase no order confirmed and no product delivered

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this website and was directed to PayPal to pay. As soon as I made the payment there was no order confirmation email.
I googled and saw it was a scam website. Asked PayPal to cancel transaction to no avail.PayPal shows payment in US dollars went to a QuintinBald11 aka Xianli Zhao. I emailed QuintinBald11@***.com asking for a refund and calling out the scam. No response.
PayPal says I sent money to this person and did not buy anything. They are refusing to do anything. So I contacted my credit card company RBC and Im waiting to see what they do.
Likely nothing. I was scammed by this website.

Their "Contact" page does not work despite saying they have 24/7 customer service. Neither does the lost password section.

- I bought boots on Nov 19, 2021.
- Delivery was delayed; shipped from China.
- Arrived Jan 13 with wrong item (baseball hat); packaging damaged.
Purchased and paid for a pair of boots from this company which I assumed, incorrectly, was Canadian on November 19, 2021.
When the item took more than 3 weeks to arrive I contacted the company as was informed the item was shipping from China. I was told due to Covid it would be a delayed delivery and that I was not allowed to cancel my order.
I was told the only way that I could get a refund would be to accept delivery of the shoes and return them for a refund.
The package from China did not arrive until January 13, 2022. When, picked it up at the local post office, Canada Post had taken the precaution to place the package into a sealed plastic bag because it was damaged. Inside the bag was a small, very light, damaged package containing a baseball hat. This was not my order!
This was not a pair of Hoka One Hikers!
I reached out to customer service once again to ask for a refund due to their obvious mistake. I was told I could get 30% of my payment back if I returned the package at my own cost.
Or keep the package in place of my shoes.
I complained.
I was told I could return the package at my own expense and once they received the package, I could get 50% of my cost back. Or keep the package.
I do not feel that I have to pay the cost of postage back to China for a mistake that was obviously made on their end?
They won't return my money and I don't have my order?
How do I repair this without having to be punished for a mistake that I didn't make?
