I never received all that I paid for

I ordered saddlebag guards for my Harley, during last yrs Black Fri. sale that was Nov.2024 I received a partial order Jan 27th, 2025

The missing items consisted of 34 pieces, Hardware, and None of the pucks or any of the parts that actually protect my saddle bags.

I am missing a total of 34 pieces. I spoke to the retailer, and they Just blew me off repeatedly Nate was very condescending. all I ever wanted is what I paid for nothing more nothing less.

They put the (CUS), in customer. I have made a compliant with FTC and other bodies and am hoping for a resolution this year.
