Cannot get in contact with them to honor my warranty
- - Warranty covers AC, parts and labor from Hoffman Refrigeration.
- - Unit failed 6 days ago and the company is unresponsive by phone and email.
I have a full warranty on my a/c unit, thermostat and this includes parts AND labor, through Hoffman refrigeration. I live in Phoenix, Az.
And my daughter, who is fighting cancer, also lives with me, so having working a/c is vital.
Our unit went out 6 days ago, and I have tried contacting Hoffman Refridgeration online, in person and by calling, over 900 times, nobody answers the phone or the door of the business, emails are ignored, theres no way to leave a voicemail, and in their recording, they give out an incorrect website.
I cant afford to replace my ac unit, and I need my warranty to be honored, but these *** are making it impossible! Avoid this company at all costs!!
Im finding out they have a long sordid history of shady business practices, I sure wish I had gone with the other company. Ac is literally a matter of life and death in the summertime in Phoenix, people DIE without ac, they know this, and still they *** their customers over, knowing that people will die from heatstroke- Im sorry, but that makes them pure evil.
