Order cancelled due to credit card error

I need to talk to someone about the credit card problem and my order being cancelled because of it. I preordered my book and don't want to lose my place in line to receive it.

I need to give you the number for my renewed card. The first card should have worked until Oct 31, 2025.

The new card with the same number and an updated expiration date until 2029 has now been authorized. Please have someone call me after 12:00 noon Central time so I can get this straightened out.

Unauthorized payment taken out if my account for $76.04

I have not had a subscription with Hoffman for several years and today $76.04 was taken out my bank account. I am a pensioner and need that money for food and medication.

Please refund

So They did refund the $76.04 (thanks to pissed consumer getting involved) - and said it was an auto set up from 3 years ago

I queried what i have been billed for for the past 3 years as I havent received anything from them. Not one magazine in that time. Have lived at same address for 30 years.

Nil response from Hoffman. Can pissedconsumer help please as they are not responding to my emails.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was trying to renew my wife's subscription. They indicated that it had already been renewed and we received all appropriate bonuses.

My wife wants to renew Bake magazine. I don't like to put my credit card number in the mail.

It has been previously compromised. Please have someone email me the appropriate phone number or other info to renew Bake.
