Waste of money

Not letting others livestream the Junior Broomball nationals in a public arena, when it is pointless to buy a subscription for only a few days. Waste of money.

Game streaming not available

Last night's March 18 game between Ontario's Hearst lumberjacks & Timmins rocks was unavailable for the entire game. The screen just said technical difficulties for the entire game. There was no mention about how long before the problem would be fixed. This was a terrible setback for many viewers. Will this problem repeat again for this evenings scheduled game?

SPHL Huntsville Havoc Coverage - 1/29/22

During play, the coverage by the Huntsville Havoc is absolutely horrible. Not only do they switch cameras so much that there should be a warning for possible seizures, but they literally show stuff from the main screen (like make some noise, or PENALTY KILL, or Happy Birthday!, or even Champy's Fried Chicken) during play!!! It's ridiculous!! Paying for coverage like this is something HockeyTV and the SPHL should make sure never happens.

User's recommendation: Recommendation is for HockeyTV to review the coverage abs contact the Huntsville Havoc to make sure it never happens again.

Terrible product

There have been many problems so far this season, especially tech difficulties but tonight's quality is a total joke. Shot through the mesh, out of focus, can't hear announcer. The camera is constantly shaking and is positioned behind the net. When the play goes to the other end it all gets even worse.

User's recommendation: its a ripoff, they're not even trying to provide a decent product.

Bad Product and Customer service

Purchased a subscription only to find games unable to be shown for multiple issues. This happened numerous times. When I talked to customer service they were useless, as well as chat and creating tickets. Customer service, after playing dumb about it said it was escalated to a manager and would hear back in a couple of days. Its been weeks!

User's recommendation: If you cant watch the games, why pay the money?
