I realize its Christmas time and you are busy. Unfortunately, I was put on hold, and tried a number of other times leaving my phone number for someone to call back.
I am a senior citizen and have trouble ordering things. I will admit, but I really wanted to order a pair of hockey gloves for my son for Christmas and never could get through so instead hes getting cash and he can do what he wants to do with the cash possibly he may be ordering something from you cause I think he really wanted those gloves.

- - She refused to speak with a supervisor.
My order was cancelled after it was accepted and my credit card was charged. I called and spoke with Porscha, and did my best to explain what occurred and get some assistance/explanation for the occurrence. She was incredibly rude, condescending, REFUSED to let my speak with her supervisor, worst customer service representative I have ever spoken with.
