Had service done. Have to have someone else redo it.
- - Carburetor fitted and tuned; bike backfired mid-ride.
- - They charged for a new battery and installed it wrong; I spent $1500 and still need a fix.
Hoban brothers is acting like they did nothing wrong. I am having Random Vtwin in Random Lake Wisconsin fixing it now. The guys at Random Vtwin said they fix alot of Hoban Brothers mistakes.
I have a 1973 Harley davidson sportster 1000 itonhead. I paid them to put a new carburetor on and tune it up.
I got it back. I rode it back home. Half way home it started backfiring. I called and told them.
Took it back. They charged me for a new battery. It was a new battery, they put it back in wrong and charges me. I paid and still backfired.
This time I had to be picked up on a country road. Spent more money. Got it back and it was still backfiring.
I spent 1500 and now I have to pay someone else to fix it right. I should have read more of the reviews on this place.
