Ordered a GE glass top for a 30" recessed stove. They took the money from my account and said when my item shipped I would receive a tracking number in an email.

I got 2 day shipping and the part was delivered on time. The email with the tracking number was sent after the part was delivered.

Customer service number is only open a short time every day and as I read other reviews from other customers I became concerned. But all is well and the correct part was delivered on time.
