We brought a ps4 from hmv in Westfield Shepherds Bush
We went to sell the item to cex company and we were told that it was stolen?,but also we were told that we could not sell the item because of this,so now we are stuck with what to do because of this situation.

Visited argyle st 21/11/22 album signing having place two separate orders and sending a screenshot to charity promoter to collect one item costing 15.00 however on arrival I was advised by the most unprofessional and ignorant mannered staff member mark that both orders were handed out whilst questioning this and proving it was two separate orders he then accused my friend Jackie of having my orders in her bag . Jackie showed proof of her 4 purchase but mark continued to call us *** chancers to which we were distressed.
My friend said she had a spare entry for me to use however Marc said I wasn’t getting access to badmouth him to the band . HE ASKED ME TO GET TO *** AND LEAVE THE STORE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHILST HE WAS CHECKING MY FRIENDS ORDER OUTWITH TILL AREA. As u can imagine we were both extremely angry and he continually referred to us as *** chancers . He claimed he was the store manager which he wasn’t and we were not surprised.
Carl the manager eventually took over took me downstairs and gave me 2 9.99 cds my order totally 50.00. I issued a complaint and requested in writing on several occasions this is escalated which was ignored therefore it’s now with trading standards who are now fully involved they issued me with a letter which has been completely ignored by Laura at cs who has advised me that we used expletives which we both did in retaliation to being called *** chancers several times . HOWEVER IN TWO OCCASIONS SHE HAS ADVISED SHE HAS PROOF OF THE PERSON WHO TOOK MY ORDER PROVIDING MY EMAILS TO DO THIS. ON BOTH OCCASIONS SHE HAS STATED ITS ATTACHED ON BOTH OCCASIONS NO PROOF HAS BEEN ATTACHED.
CARL KINDLY ADVISED ME OF THE DETAILS OF THE OERSON WHO COLLECTED MY ORDER AND I HAVE BEEN IN REGULAR COMMUNICATION WITH HIM HE HAS CANCER AND IS STRUGGLING WITH HEALTH AT PRESENT . HOWEVER HE INSISTS HE ONLY PRESENTEDVTHE SCREENSHOT I SENT HIM FOR THE 15.99 ORDER WHICH CARL AGREED HE DID . THEREFORE CAN LAURA CS SEND THE PROOF CAN SHE ALSO ANSWER THE QUESTIN ON THE TEMPLATE SNT FROM TS REGARDING ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION OR AREVTHE COMPANY REFUSING TO DO THIS AND WE THEREFORE MOVE TO COURT PROCEEDINGS. THE PERSON ACCUSED BY HMV IF TAKING MY ORDERS IS ALSO TRYIMG TO GIVE REASURANCE TO THE STORE THAT HE DID NOT PRESENT PROOF OF MY ORDER HOWEVER MARK IS REFUSING TO ESCALATE THIS TO CARL AS 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND LAURA CS HAS REFUSED TO OFFER ANY RESOLUTION MY COMPLAINT GOES BACK TO TS WHI ADVISED IT NOW MOVES TO COUT ACTION.
I DID RECIEVE 2 CDS AS AGOODWILL GESTURE COSTING 19.98 MY ORDER WAS 31.00 AND THE OTHER WAS 15.99. HIWEVER ITS NOW MY REPUTATION THATS BROUGHT INTO DISREPUTE AND THATS WHAT I WILL TAKE THOUGH COURT ALONG WITH QUERYING WHY MY ORDER WAS HANDED TO SOMEONE WHI HAD NO EMAIL NO ORDER NUMBER AND NO RIGHT DO SO WHICH CAUSED THIS WHOLE DISTRESSING SITUATION FOR ALL INVOLVED. THIS IS BY FAR OVER DISPITE LAURA STATING THAT IT IS UNFORTUNATELY AS CONSUMERS WE DECIDE THIS .
