My petition for help has Not been answered!
Dear support: I need help finding comments made by other people regarding a specific phone number. How do I do that?

You all charged me a whole year after I canceled Hi-Yah last year, and that was on an old card I had. I was wondering why you all were still charging me.
I haven't watched Hi-Yah since I've canceled it.
My bank said that you all have been charging me from last year in March to this year on 10-25. I don't have that card anymore, so you all owe me, or I can talk to my bank.

Voicemail does not work
There are many other competitive products that work better and have actual customer service.
I have received voicemails on your app by turning off the voicemail feature on my iPhone. Every time it shows that I have a voicemail, it shows the number of seconds that the voicemail lasted buy when I go to the voicemail page, it shows 0 seconds and I am unable to hear the voicemail.
This feature is not working and if you can't give me a way to fix it, I would like a refund of my purchase price of $24.99

Had to leave a voice mail. I dont have this number blocked but hiya wont let it come thru because it thinks its spam.
Its Bank of Am fraud dept & they have to call me. HELP me know what change to make.

My son doesn’t like the product
My son doesnt like the product and wont take them. I need to cancel.He does not like the flavor at all and refuses to take any of the three products that I had ordered for him I wished that he would have liked the flavor of the products because I know that they would have been beneficial for him to take.
