Hixson Ford Monroe - Oxygen Sensor Replacement Review from Monroe, Louisiana

Dropped off my Taurus for a routine checkup was told oxygen sensors needed to be replaced and they would have it fixed the next day. I arrive the next day the employees are looking at me crazy Debbie Walters has me sit in the lounge for a hour to then tell me that the mechanics dropped a oxygen sensor into my exhaust manifold and they drilled into it so they had to order a new part. She's known the entire time but on the phone she was telling my car would be ready that day. Here it is a week and a half later still no car they won't answer the phone the send me to voicemail and she hurry ups and gets me off the phone everytime she does answer horrible customer service. I called the manager Leo I believe and left a voice mail 3 days ago letting him know how horrible my customer experience has been and how I can't believe it's taken two weeks to get a part in for my car no response or call back. The entire establishment is run poorly and they have poor service. I will never return to this place and I will drive a hour to the next Ford dealer for service and maintenance. At this point I'm so dissatisfied with Ford that I'm probably going to trade in this Ford Taurus I've only had for 6 months and get a more reliable customer friendly brand such as Honda or Toyota. HIXON FORD IS THE PLACE YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO. 47 calls 7 answers and 2 calls back for the bill and to tell me my car still isn't ready.
