My parcel wasn't delivered yesterday and up till now still not gotten it,

Was suppose to get my parcel yesterday and right up till now I havent received it, I just track it this morning and it said it will be delivered today at 4 to 6pm, and I just checked it, it says 6 to 8pm I contacted Zara and they said its with your company, I need to leave tomorrow morning to Scotland thats why I payed express. Please Im waiting. Because I hit disappointment and dont want to call Zara again thanks

Hi You recently delivered my ZARA package to the wrong address. I can see from the photo that is was left outside and it was next door. Zara do not believe me for some reason but it is there for everyone to see, your delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong address. I am very stressed as I am now out of pocket. Can you investigate and get back to me. I need you to recognise this fault and do something about it. Thanks Sarah

HIVED are thankfully trying to help me resolve this issue. They have called and acknowledged this problem, have taken ownership and are trying to help me get my package or refund from ZARA who are absolutely useless.

On 07-07-2023 a van Hived delivery between 13:00 and 14:00 on Selborne Road IG1 3AJ between the house number 6 and house number 8 is damaged my car where was parked the number pleats for the van is {{Redacted}} the driver I didnt let me a number contact or a notification the are hitting my car I will like to contact him to see what happened thanks.
