Awaiting delivery
Can you please inform me when to expect my delivery? I paid for it on the 26th of February is now at the 4th of March and when I bought it it stated delivery would be 3 to 5 days. Id be grateful if someone could contact me regarding whats going on.
Resolved: Payment not completed
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Advised that confusion with having payment needing to be confirmed. Payment refunded.
Payment approved by MSbank but on return to hive site no recognition. Trying to pay 12 month warranty fee.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. NO solution from the company, our fitter finally sorted the problem, No thanks to HIVE!!
However after downloading the Hive app to my mobile phone and registering the account under my name, with my email address (above) at our address (Netherfield, PH26 3PA Scotland) on my mobile +44 0798****386. I was sent an email to activate my account and then I tried to pair the phone with the hub and thermometer. My phone goes no further than a 'pair thermostat' where it continues to buffer. I have tried to delete the app, and hoped it would delete my account, but no.
My husband tried to open an account having downloaded the app to his phone, but he can't without permission from me to share the account. BUT I CAN'T. The app is not active on my mobile.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They were able to amend an incorrect contact telephone no. Which have access to my account
I recently registered for Hive and want to order a home EV charger
However, every action involves a code being sent to my phone, which I am not getting
I dont know if my number is incorrect but I cant get through to anything as I am unable to verify my account!!
Its very frustrating as it looks like I will now miss the Back Friday discount
Oh and I tried calling this morning (25th November 2023). I waited patiently for 50 minutes before the phone line went dead, Great!
Preferred solution: Access to my hive account so I can order a charger

Please unsubscribe me I dont have any Hive products.
They am no notice of you and my Son can do a job of the Websites.
No unsubscribe feature on the Website, probably that is how they keep customer numbers.

Verified Reviewer |Hive keeps losing signal
Have replaced batteries numerous times and found the batteries are fine. Wall-mounted control fails regularly. I had a British Gas Engineer service boiler and he suggested I call hive direct.

Liars and take customers for fool
I have developed a fault with the heating system.
2 Engineers visited who say there is fault with hive told me to contact hive. I spent more than 3 hours on call.
Just now a call handler said there is no record of morning 39 minutes call, who had promised that engineer will come between 1-3pm.
I don't have heating and cold water on this coldest day and night.
User's recommendation: Do not buy any hive products. They do not work as expo and company doesn’t care. Call centres are liars and they waste your time.

I have heard back from Hive via email. However they did not help any further, just suggested I should ring again or get my supplier/fitter of the unit to sort the problem.
Which he has kindly now done, but at my expense of his time!! No that of HIVE!!
Would certainly not recommend Hive to anyone. Jan MacLachlan
