We just read your review and just yesterday bailed on an appointment at the hitch house to fix our propane tank on a brand new echelon 24. After reading your review I am so glad we did.
We are going to go to Indiana. So rude at the hitch house as well, like we were in the wrong.

Richard and his wife Danielle are 100% SCAMMERS! I feel so bad for their five 5 kids!
Everyone in Barrie and Alliston should stay away from this couple! They will threatened people who deal with them. I will report his clinic to Canada Revenue Agency and file him a claim to College of Chiropractor of Ontario. Richard and his wife will pay back to everyone they used to hurt and threatened!

Dear Lonnie, We are sorry that we disappointed you. On behalf of the management and staff of The Hitch House I apologize that we did not get back to you regarding your coach.
Feedback such as this does help us to make improvements. I have discussed your situation with our Inventory Manager as he is responsible for all of our new and used motorhome purchases. He does have some very specific information on a 2011 American Heritage and he did have a conversation with the seller on or about January 25, 2020 but he did not have their name recorded as Lonnie. It is possible to have two individuals attempting to sell the same make, model and year of coach.
Did you happen to speak with a member of our staff regarding the sale of your motorhome and therefore were you expecting further follow up? Did you call in and leave messages with reception but had no contact with our Inventory Manager? Any further information you can provide that will help us determine where we went wrong would be greatly appreciated.
