Didn't arrive so contacted co by email.no tel no. Tel no given here is no longer in service. Co apologised for delay but couldn't say when it would be sent.
No reason for delay apart from a backlog. Didn't offer to help give it priority even when I explained I needed it for 23rd april for huabands 70th birthday.

The only way to communicate with Historic Papers is via email. It took them over 2 days to get back to me.
I think their communication with existing clients is not fir for purpose.

Ordered a paper from 1945 for Dad's 80th. After 7 days nothing arrived, Tracked and 'sent back to sender.'
Courier said item damaged and leaking (there was wine in the order). Historic said via email as no phone number to call, i put wrong delivery address.
Now, no one at Historic returning emails and I have no present having paid £120.
