Terrible warranty services

My TV was indicating panel issues and Hisense technician has verified the issue. However, they had no replacement parts and the model production has been stopped. Their only option is to downgrade my TV size. Otherwise I was suppose to pay a huge sum to upgrade to the next model. I've given them multiple options such as lowering the upgrade cost or even to leave the existing TV if I choose to accept the downgraded size, however they insist on downgrading my TV by saying that it's a superior TV. Finally, after more than a month, they would now like to fix my TV panel. It's so annoying to waste so much of time just for this fix.

Hisense Tv Review

I be given the hisense 32 inch tv by the house owner because we rent the house and I been using this product for 6 months . In 20/1/17 suddenly when I open the tv there the tv is open a nd close itself and there is horizontal line and the picture can't be seen . I urge the customer not to buy this product unless the hisense replace it with the new one
