Dishonest concerning lifetime warranty when had problem with boots said normal wear not covered when clear states one pair exchanged under any conditions.
- - Lifetime warranty; boots failed after a few years with only five uses.

I bought registered on a lifetime warranty. When I bought them, I had a problem with the boots after a few years, but I only wore them about 5 times during hunting season.
I sent the information, but they wouldn't honor it. They said they cannot under normal wear, but it clearly says they will replace one pair under any circumstances, but denied me.

- - Ordered usual size, too large.

- - PayPal proof was sent, and emails were claimed not received.
I ordered my usual shoe size, but it was too large. I asked for an exchange.
The exchange never happened. They said they never received my emails, and they even responded to one email with instructions. I did send my emails to PayPal as proof of my trying to reach them for an exchange. The person answering the customer service line is the worst.
Avoid this company! There are plenty of other boot companies that will treat you kindly.
