Poor product quality
- - -The cabinet was overpacked; I scratched the top cutting tape.
- - -The glued box was slid out and scratched my hickory floor; refund via Fred Meyer.
Filing cabinet was too well-packed, I guess I should not complain about that, but I scratch the top of the cabinet when I cut the tape with my scissors. The cardboard box was also glued.
Put box on side to slide out and when I stood the filing cabinet right side up, something sharp put a very deep scratch on my hard wood floor. I have hickory hardwoods.
Called customer no service, they told me I could return product to Fred Meyers and get a refund.
Damage is already done. If see anything made by Hirsh don't buy it.

No answer to call. I just opened the box to my 3 drawer steel file cabinet and find the top has been damaged, and the keys are missing. The file cabinet was a gift from my children so I dont have the receipt but I do have the box it came in.
