Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Absolutely no apology.

They immediately took away my service to nothing and I also lost years of data. I would have saved it somewhere first but there was no explanation or apology. They clearly don’t care about the individual paying user. I’m not a big enough client to give me any time.

And to think, I used to recommend them to several clients.

The original owner “HireTual” was much much better at customer service. They cared.
