Customers trespassing

One of your customers, JC Ranch, Dripping Springs, TX, owned by Claire, correct last name unknown, has told her campers to camp and hike wherever they want. She does not have her property lines fenced or marked.

We have had to run at least 2 groups of trespassing people off our property. Don't know how many others we have not seen.

This is private property. I own the land on both sides of the creek. It is not a public campground.

There is not miles of hiking along Sycamore Creek as Claire has posted online.

Put a stop to this immediately.

This is the second time I have contacted you about this. Put a stop to it immediately.

“Natural disaster policy”

Long story short, New England in winter. A storm was predicted but it didn't amount to anything.

A camper cancelled the first night of their stay while there was zero precipitation. Hipcamp didn't pay me out and gave the camper a credit, even though my cancellation policy clearly states there are zero refunds within one week of trip dates. This was due to their natural disaster policy. Now, I am a fair person.

If this was actually a natural disaster, then of course I would reschedule or refund, but this was a fluke and I got screwed. Hipcamp, as a business, is an infant and they do not take care of the hosts.

Payed for a booking that was never made!

Do not waste your time or money! I am not impressed at all!

I made a booking through Hipcamp on April 26, arrived today (5/21), and the campground didn't know we were coming and had not received any money from the $173 collected by Hipcamp. There is no way to contact them! You can only talk to a bot, a very stupid bot, who we can only hope passed my info on to a real person who won't contact me for 3-4 days! How stupid!

Thankfully, the campground was able to accommodate us, and now it's a waiting game to see if they get paid or if I will have to pony up more money and hope to get a refund from Hipcamp. They have had this happen with Hipcamp before!

Only use them as a listing for campgrounds... contact the owners yourself!

I have made reservations for South Valley Hideaway in New Mexico. I have not received verification.

My credit card has been charged. The host is not responding to my emails.

I signed up with hipcamp a year ago and had an account but i didn't sell my house in Livermore co.until March of this year to be able to start it up this year. I can't seem to find my account for Robinsons Roost.Can you help?

We booked for a week and had to cancel the trip due to being in the hospital. I contacted them via email and requested a refund and I still haven't heard anything from the them
