I was in full contact with Hip Optical's customer service, there was never a delay in our communication. They responded promptly to everything.
My problem is I told them my lenses were loose and they told me to send the glasses back. I told him that I needed the glasses as I have ocular hypertension and am a progressive wearer and I have no other glasses. I thought since the problem was due to no problem of my own that they would just send a new quality pair and a return label. They did not.
I contacted them one last time explaining that the lenses are still very loose and I hope they don't fall out and this time they never responded back and still have not to this day. The glasses are not worth the $250 that I paid for them. I decided I had no choice but to buy a new pair from another company called Vlookoptical.com their glasses are amazing and high-quality and I was able to get two pairs of progressives for under $100. I got blue light blocking and transitions lenses on the other pair.
I now have prescription sunglasses too all for under $100. My end results were with another company and it was amazing and I wish I could rate them 1000%

Preferred solution: Replace the glasses I purchased with secure lenses. I can't wear them without feeling like the lenses are going to fall out.

You sent me the wrong glasses
They accidentally sent me the wrong color of classes, but they are working to send me the correct color. I hopefully will receive them next week, but they have been very helpful with my return.

I had ordered new glasses and I ordered the Tanu Sultry but was sent the the Tanu Tabar.
Contacted customer service and they walked me through how to return the item for the correct color. Customer representative was knowledgeable and very helpful and hopefully I will have my new glasses soon.
No way of contacting
I Ordered glasses totaling $225. The charges went through.
Shopify sent a receipt for the amount. I have not got a confirmation from the company and the phone number gives a recording that the message box is full.
It also gives a live chat option that doesnt work. Im now wondering if this company is legit.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
