Missing parts

I ordered a bed and putting it together found that I had two missing pieces. I called customer service to get the two small pieces sent so I could finish assembling it. They were very rude (I had to talk to them twice) and didn't seem to want to try to help at all. They told me it would take 3-5 BUSINESS days to get the part to the factory AND THEN 5-7 BUSINESS days to ship it to me. Needless to say that was almost a MONTH AGO! I try to call them back but the phone just rings. I will not buy ANYTHING from this company again!!

Missing parts

I ordered a winsloh/matson daybed. It is missing the 4 bed post and the front bed rail. Model numbers 101056-****40 (1**-**)and 101046-****28(115*-020) is there anyway to get these parts sent to me or sent my item back? The bed is no use without them.
