Maybe the fact that your agency has been reported to your licensing body would have got some action, but no - your file # is 170254 and you received our payout from Travelers Insurance. And you kept it.

Then came the many promises of "cheque is in the mail" and " I lost my phone" , " family emergency" or " first baby was born" We got every excuse as to why you didn't forward the money. Almost comical.

You haven't resolved all your internal issues yet I guess - cheque still has not arrived. All we can do is warn others.

Need a Public Adjuster for an insurance claim? That means something has gone very wrong at your house. Don’t compound your issues by hiring Hillis. Excuses and delay, crazy costs and no results that wouldn’t otherwise happen. Still trying to figure out what they actually do to Help. Working with them was the worst part of our issue - including the flood!
