They do not help unauthorized whennu have to pick up a load when your state has the app for mobile I'd which is still legit company sucks

Unauthorized shipment

Do not order an Alumna Wallet! While filling out the form, including my credit card info, I noticed that they were sending me twice the number I wanted.

Before I could cancel, they processed the order without authorization. After a number of calls, I was given a return authorization. The credit however was short $23.96 of the original $45.94. They told me this was for "shipping and handling".

My credit card paid the balance because of the vendor's terms and conditions, not considering the vendor shipped an unauthrorized product. I did not get hurt financially, but this vendor is not ethical.
