Hilldrup Moving Company of North Carolina/stole and broke nearly everything

These movers loaded their truck in record time on "RED Bull". They took everything apart in California and lost the screws; We got someone elses bed frames. A valuable picture was stolen among other things. They let water into the truck which ruined our uncovered mattresses, our grand piano and many things that did not survive the shaking of the truck. They lied about when the truck was going to be there causing us 2 weeks in a hotel, while they went through our boxes and helped themselves. They turned the investigation over to United Vanlines, a partner. We had more than $26,000.00 damages and were offered $2,000.00 in compensation. We paid $33,000.00. for the move.

Terminated me for not agreeing to over invoice a client

My employer fired me for not agreeing to unethical business practices. I had a two year agreement in Atlanta. I filed a complaint for harrassment and would not over-bill a client, they fired me. they were also discriminating and belittling against hispanic employees. The company is in the business of moving and storage and chooses to engage in unfair business practices with consumers and contractors. It is my belief that because i did not agree to participate in their unethical and unfair practices they came up with a bogus reason for terminating me without real cause. Appreciate any thoughts or help.
