Does not recommend this location, especially my experience with the male Examiner/ Technician who performed my mother MRCP exam on February 4th, 2019 at around 11.40am.

I took my mother for her exam and waited patiently for her turn to do her exam. A male Examiner opens the door and called her in.

He was in a very impatient rush, scary facials expression, rude tone of voice with me and my frail, delicate mother who had lost a lot of weight and did not eat for the morning. I explained that I want to go with my mother because she doesn't hear well. Especially clarity. You have to speak a bit clear and slow English. He started to react more than what he had already welcomed us, very frightening.

He mentioned that they don't deal with patients like my mother. I politely ask him to have some patience or have someone else take care of my mother. My mother got extremely uncomfortable and scared of this man cruel facial expressions.

We had a horrible experience. No one should have to go thru this. Above all, when I got home I called to speak to a supervisor and was told that no one is available and I give my contact and today is 4 days after my call. No response!. I do understand that they have a lot of patients to take care of. But I want the public to no that no senior should have to experience what myself and my humble, kind loving mother should experience.

Poor customer service

Preferred solution: Be human. Compassion, some sort of emotional intelligence. Being greedy does not grow your business.
