Virtually no way to resolve an issue with this company. I have sent 2 emails, nothing, please tell me why I cannot get resolution.
- - Two gift card orders were placed for my granddaughter.
- - The first order never arrived but shows as shipped; the second also did not arrive.
I placed 2 gift card orders trying to send my granddaughter a gift card. The first was never received; however, your system shows it filled and shipped.
So, I ordered a second one so that she would receive her gift on time, but I didn't receive that one. It has been impossible to speak with or communicate with anyone at this company.
